BFD-100P floor model Freeze Dryer(Lyophilizer) fit lab research or small scale pilot production, config with 6 material trays at 360*480mm, all shelves with heating and freezing function, during in freeze drying process,the shelves temperature could flexible program from -50C to +70C with accuracy of 1C.

The freeze dryer at GMP standard could use many products sublimation drying: foods, fruit, vegetables,biological, pharmaceutical etc. In liquid, solid, or mixture phase could freeze drying, TP model accept material in vials drying and vacuum capping.

Total shelf area 1.03sq.m and ice capacity 15L in 24hrs period provide a rapid vapor collect speed while in sublimation process, cascade refrigeration system could cool the ice condenser directly by refrigerant expand as low as -80C, indirect cool shelves by plate heat exchanger as low as -50C.
